ADS Midwest Advantage is our pledge to assist dentists in their time of need by offering three important services. As dentists get older, these services take on increasing importance. Furthermore, there is no charge for these services. The services are:

1. TEMPORARY DENTISTS:

Every dentist working alone is particularly vulnerable in case of sudden illness, disability or death. In these emergency situations, temporary dental services have immense value and provide a benefit not covered by any form of insurance. Should you have such a need, we will assist you in searching for a temporary dentist for circumstances ranging from a few days to several months or more.

If you are in need of a temporary dentist, please fill out the Temporary Dentist Interview and when we receive it, we will give you a call.

2. LETTER OF DIRECTION:

Most dentists practice alone, one to an office. What would happen to your practice in the unlikely situation where you were to become disabled or die? ADS Midwest has created a “Letter of Direction” which enables the practice to be sold quickly and the proceeds to go to your estate. It provides for your loved ones, but removes the strain of dealing with the practice during a very emotional time and permits us to step up and do our job. We currently hold hundreds of Letters of Direction from dentists who trust us to handle the sale of their practice if something were to seriously happen to them.

Sign and have it witnessed. Keep a signed copy with your important papers and return a signed copy for our files.

3. FOR THOSE DENTISTS NOT QUITE READY TO SELL:

Would you rather be on the golf course or in the office? Have you thought about slowing down? Perhaps you are in your fifties and you only want to work an additional five years. If this is the case, we can help.

If you are not quite ready to sell but want to get an indication as to the value of your practice today, please complete the Pre-Retirement Sale Interview, and it will be forwarded to Guy Jaffe or Peter Ackerman, principals of ADS Midwest. We will review the information and arrange a private meeting at your office after hours. Through our confidential pricing model, we can not only give you an expert indication as to the value of your practice, but we will provide you with recommendations as to how to best improve your practice between now and when you are ready to sell. There is no cost or obligation to you if we prepare a model.
